Pour 280 000€, le Conseil Général du Val-de-Marne témoigne de sa solidarité avec l’Humanité…le journal!
La majorité PS/PC du Conseil général du Val-de-Marne a attribué pour un montant de 280 000 euros un marché d’achat d’espaces publicitaires, sans mise en concurrence, à la société Comediance. Pourquoi un marché sans mise en concurrence? Parce qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un vulgaire marché de communication, il s’agit d’une oeuvre de solidarité envers l’Humanité…le journal! En effet, Comediance est le régisseur exclusif du groupe de média comprenant notamment l’Humanité et l’Humanité dimanche. A titre indicatif ces 280 000 euros auraient permis de financer pendant deux ans l’aide au BAFA que l’exécutif départemental a décidé de supprimer. Mais chacun comprendra l’intérêt général poursuivi, les priorités définies et la grandeur de l’oeuvre ainsi entreprise: sauver l’Humanité…
